Little projects have been happening throughout the week. Josh is up there almost every night and my dad goes up a few times a week during the day. He is still working on the trim. You can see in the picture were there are spots on it from him filling in holes. So the trim needs another quick coat over it. One night Josh and I went over and just cleaned up. The kitchen cabinets were just kind of thrown in the living room so we stacked them up neat against the walls and there is a lot more room now. I also did a final coat on the kitchen ceiling. I just have to go around the edges. Who knows when that will get done because I'm so over painting with oil-based paint. And edges are not fun.
Today when I went over, Josh was hanging our dining room light. Then he started working on the dining room tile while I painted the linen closet door green and our closet white. Then I went home for dinner and Josh was said that he was very motivated today so he stayed. A little bit ago, he sent me a picture of the tile creeping into the kitchen! This is so exciting! After he gets all the big pieces down, he is going to go back over and cut all the edges, which will take a while. It's starting to look like more of a house!
